Good to know

Is it a case-law database?

No. It holds federal court opinions on securities fraud, insider trading, mergers, fiduciary duty and derivative suits, without dockets or state courts.

Can I screen names against sanctions lists?

No. It holds the list entries that name the companies it covers, and no entries for individuals.

How current is it?

Each source is read on its own schedule, the Federal Register several times a day, so a new document can take some hours to appear. Not every notice is included.

Does it give legal advice?

No. It finds documents and cites them.
