Primary sources and our own data, in one index

Company filings and documents, regulators and courts, official statistics and research, read in full and searched together. The Associate, Search and Grid all work from this one index.

Company filings

Every filing the SEC publishes for a company: 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxies, ownership reports and the forms of foreign filers, in full text with every hit highlighted.

380,000+ SEC filings

Company documents and calls

Earnings releases, investor presentations and press releases from the companies themselves, and earnings calls we record and transcribe.

Regulators and courts

Final and proposed rules from the Federal Register, enforcement actions, federal court opinions, FDA and EMA decisions, sanctions and export-control lists.

Government and statistics

Publications and contracts of the U.S. government, the Federal Reserve and other central banks, and official statistics from agencies such as BLS, BEA and EIA, each with its publisher.

Research

Working papers and articles, Congressional Research Service reports and clinical trials, dated and linked to the companies they name.

47,000+ research documents

Our own data

Company KPIs read from the filings and checked before they are served, financial statements as each company filed them, and series we calculate on companies, industries and the economy from filings, public registers and official statistics.

Your own files

Upload PDFs and keep notes: they are indexed privately for you and searched beside everything else.

What it does not hold

Coverage is US-centric

It follows what the SEC publishes. Non-US companies are a small part of the index today, so this is not yet the tool for a European book.

No prices, no market data

There is no quote, chart or market-cap feed. The numbers you see are the ones companies filed and agencies published.

No broker research or expert calls

There is no broker research, no expert interviews and no consensus estimates.

Full text, still filling in

Filings open in full text with every hit highlighted. Older parts of the archive are still being filled in, so an older document can arrive as its header and exhibits first.

It reads on a schedule

New documents arrive through scheduled reads, not a live feed. A search you watch checks every half hour or on the schedule you choose.
